Mike Farar, Senior Pastor 

Mike is our Senior Minister here at Town and Country Christian Church. He earned his Bachelor's Degree at Manhattan

Christian College and his Master's of Divinity Degree at Lincoln Christian University. He is currently working on his

dissertation for his Doctor of Ministry degree from Talbot School of Theology. Mike is married to Elizabeth and has

Robert Schalow - Lead Youth Sponsor 

Bob is continuting his Christian Ministry education at Lincoln Christian University.  He married to his wonderful wife Gloria
Schalow and has two children, Danielle and Paige.

Elizabeth Farar, Director of Education and Volunteer Services

Elizabeth oversees both Children's Education and Adult Education, including Small Groups and Spiritual Formation classes. 

She also assists individuals in getting involved at T&CCC by seeking to match their gifts, passions and sense of calling

with one of the many service opportunities at Town & Country.  Elizabeth met her husband, Mike, at Manhattan Christian

College and later earned her Bachelor's Degree in Ministry and her Master's of Religious Education Degree from

Lincoln Christian University. Elizabeth especially enjoys spending time with her husband and two children (Levi and Ryleigh).

Bob Milligan, Director of Fine Arts and Worship

For nearly a decade Bob has been leading inspiring musical and drama presentations as well as leading in worship here at

Town and Country. In his part-time ministry with TCCC He's directed international traveling music teams and plans our
