Youth Ministry...

Here at Town and Country Christian Church we've designed a youth ministry where your teenager will not only have fun but will grow in character and spiritual maturity.
In our Youth Group, students will be exposed to and experience God's incredible love for them in a way that is real, relevant, relaxed and relational. Our team is committed to making the church experience a great one!
We do this in lots of ways: a mid-week meeting on Wednesdays at 6:30pm, or Sundays at 10:00am or 6:00pm.

Each meeting we gather together for an action-packed program that includes:

  • Music
  • Games
  • Videos
  • A fun lesson
  • And more

We also have:
  • Student leadership opportunities
  • Activities to help your student find a home at Town and Country.

Meeting Times:
  • Sundays at 10:00am and 6:00pm
  • Wednesdays at 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Here are the top 10 reasons to be involved with the Youth Program at Town & Country Christian Church:
  1. The primary focus of everything we do is to gain an ever-expanding knowledge and unquenchable thirst for Jesus Christ. Were on this journey together.
  2. The stuff we do:
    • Yeah, we do Lock-Ins
    • Conventions
    • Mission Trips
    • Rock Climbing Camping Trips and everything in between

Is it fun? Yes. Is it really fun? Yes. Is it really, really, really fun? You already know the answer is yes. Stop asking that question already.
  3. Opportunities to use your talents:
    • Throughout the year, our students are involved in a wide variety of serving. Many of our students have risen to the challenge in teaching, serving communion, singing and playing an instrument on the praise + worship team and preaching. Our theory is that youth are not just the church of tomorrow, but the church of today. We encourage all students to begin developing the skills, courage and passion to live out being the church of today.
  4. The Youth Room:
    • This is your space. Yeah, it's in the attic, but we got air conditioning, it's fine. In the Youth Room, we have tons of video games, DVD players and a fully-functioning air hockey table.
  5. Chuck Norris wanted to attend this group but he was too old. He tried shaving off his beard to hide his age, but it immediately grew back, and for some reason it grew back pink.
  6. The Youth Sponsors:
    • We have a highly dedicated team of adults that are here to work for you, alongside you; and if need be, bake you cookies.
  7. A better menu than McDonald?s:
    • The menu at McDonald?s says that they give out smiles for free. We'll go one better: a smile, a handshake, toothpicks, and I think someone left some nail polish here if you want to use some of that, ALL FOR FREE!
  8. Family:
    • We do a lot of things together as a group. We want this Youth Program to function as a family. We want you to think of this Youth Program as a home-away-from-home, minus having to clean up after the dog got into the garbage.
  9. A place to hone your skills:
    • In addition, Uncle Brad (another one of our Youth Sponsors) has taught many the art of tying their shoes (tightly). This Youth Program serves to facilitate the necessary skills it takes to make it in this world.
  10. Because there's nothing really good on television Sunday nights or on Wednesday nights.

Just give us a call or drop us an e-mail and we'll have one of our leaders call or write your teenager and personally invite him or her to an upcoming event. Then we'll have another student, one of your teenager's peers, give your son or daughter a call and invite them to the event.
